Get To Know Molly
Through a 20+ year career in the hospitality industry, beginning with bartending at a busy restaurant as a college student and leading to an executive role directing corporate communications at Clyde’s Restaurant Group, Molly understands what it means to put in the work to make a brand loved. Through social media campaigns, web design, media relations, marketing strategy, community engagement, and employee outreach, Molly and her team contributed to the local restaurant group’s success and growth. As a thought leader, she helped shape company culture and provided direction for strategic planning and business development. An uninhibited brainstormer, Molly’s forward-thinking attitude, hard work, and humor provides stability in stressful environments. A gifted storyteller with an authentic voice marbled with confidence and humility, she is a loyal ambassador for the causes she represents.
No project is too big or small for Molly, who has tackled events for presidents, kings, and Supreme Court Justices, opened multi-million dollar restaurants, and created menus and press releases with an eagle eye for grammar and design. A natural at strategic thinking and long-term planning, Molly, was a pioneer in helping restaurants transition to OpenTable, social media platforms, and digital gift card sales, as well as adopting data-driven decision making.
Molly’s passion for hospitality extends beyond her profession. An avid cook, she loves to entertain. She can, seemingly effortlessly, throw a party for one or 100. Molly makes everyone feel welcome in the home she shares with her husband Jonathan and their three children. While Molly is gifted in many areas, her most remarkable talent is her compassion for people– her respect for them, the talented ways she finds to connect with them, remember them, support them, and often, how she cares for them.
